Scotland the Brave is a collection of traditional Scottish tunes performed by virtuoso hammered dulcimer player Mitzie Collins. Mitzie graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a degree in piano, but today she is considered to be one of the top hammered dulcimer players in the United States. Mitzie explores her Scottish ancestry with this beautifully crafted album as she takes a musical journey through Scotland. Just Mitzie and her hammered dulcimer, Scotland the Brave is the perfect addition to an evening by the fire as you relax with your favourite beverage and Mitzie leads you on her musical journey through Scotland's past. Scotland the Brave is nearly an hour's worth of music on 17 tracks. Nearly half of the tracks are tune sets containing two and three tunes, each celebrating the music of Scotland.
