Here we have an odd item reviewed. The CD in question is a promotional EP by Old Crow Medicine Show and, as such, will not be available to anyone reading this review.

The pity is that you will be missing out on a group of talented musicians who play their hearts out. Fortunately, the band does have full-length CDs available, too (such as their self-titled CD, previously reviewed).

These people have a love of the many and varied tunes and styles that comes across to great effect on this CD, and one can only imagine the energy and vitality of their live performances.

I certainly hope that they will record a full album in the near future so that those not blessed with living close to a live gig will not be denied a musical experience.
