Scott Woods is the author of more than10 volumes of poetry and prose (Poetic Predator, Can You Hear Me Now? and Inside most recently). He has performed in a number of venues and with an assortment of accompaniments, and he has published articles, short stories and other prose work in a variety of publications. His work has been used in creative writing and historical literature classes at numerous high schools and colleges. He is currently a member of the executive council of Poetry Slam Inc., which oversees the annual National Poetry Slam, and emcees a weekly open mic series in Columbus, Ohio.
