Little Miss Christmas is a multicultural holiday extravaganza from famous cartoon 6-year-old, Eloise, when she and her friends at the Plaza organize a show featuring Christmas traditions from both America and Japan, and throw in some Chanukkah magic (literally) to boot.

Of course, Eloise is as charming as usual in this pleasantly upbeat holiday video. Set in the fine Plaza Hotel in New York City, Eloise is a privileged girl who has all the adults around her wrapped around her chubby fingers, yet she remains unpretentious nonetheless.

Eloise appeals to children of a wide age range (my 9-year-old daughter still loves her!) and her new DVD collection brings the big-spirited little diva to animated life. The series is based on the books by author Kay Thompson and illustrator Hilary Knight, published in the 1950s. This 66-minute-long film stars the voices of Lynn Redgrave as the Nanny, Tim Curry as Mr. Salamone and Mary Matilyn Mouser as Eloise. Bonus features include several interactive activities, a card-making program and a Spanish-language track.
