John R. Lindermuth

John R. Lindermuth is an old newspaper dog who continues to write and is also a practicing genealogist. He is the author of 12 novels, the latest being Sooner Than Grace, a historical mystery, and Practice to Deceive, fifth in his Sticks Hetrick mystery series set in a fictional rural community near Harrisburg, Pa. Although he's often tempted to sing, he never touches an instrument; he can't even tune the radio without getting static.
