John R. Lindermuth is an old newspaper dog who continues to write and is also a practicing genealogist. He is the author of three novels, the latest a mystery, Something in Common, published in June 2006 by Whiskey Creek Press, which will publish a fourth, Cruel Cuts, in November 2007.
